247 Local Trades is a referral platform connecting homeowners with independent contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform service work.
2. Our Role
We verify contractor credentials and route service requests. We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of work performed. Service agreements are between you and the contractor.
3. Contractor Independence
Contractors are independent businesses setting their own prices, schedules, and terms. 247 Local Trades is not responsible for contractor performance.
4. No Emergency Guarantee
We strive for fast connections but cannot guarantee response times. In life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
5. Call Recording
By calling our number, you consent to recording for quality assurance. You're notified at the start of each call.
6. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information in service requests. False information may delay or prevent service.
7. Limitation of Liability
247 Local Trades LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from platform use or contractor-performed services.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes resolved in Escambia County, Florida.
